We are looking for a Tech Lead Full-stack Developer

In this role, you will guide a team of developers, pushing the boundaries of technology to contribute significantly to our ecological goals.
Job Description
1. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of comprehensive backend and frontend applications.
2. Oversee database creation and management, primarily using PostgreSql.
3. Guide the team in developing robust frontend applications using TypeScript, React/Angular, Material Design, and Apollo.
4. Implement and oversee end-to-end testing frameworks like Cypress/Playwright.
5. Manage and mentor a team in utilizing code repositories (Bitbucket, GitHub Actions).
6. Design and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines using tools like CircleCi and GitHub Actions.
7. Supervise and strategize AWS deployment processes.
8. Encourage and maintain a "you-build-it-you-run-it" culture within the team.
9. Champion sustainable and efficient solutions to minimize carbon footprint in the energy sector.
10. Facilitate collaboration in globally distributed teams and encourage proactive problem-solving.
11. Undertake necessary travel to meet project needs and team coordination.
You are meant for this job if:
12. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
13. At least 5 years of experience in Full-Stack Development, with proven leadership skills.
14. Expertise in Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, Spring Data, GraphQL, TypeScript, React/Angular, Material Design, and PostgreSql.
15. Solid experience in end-to-end testing, code repository management, and CI/CD pipelines.
16. Proficiency in AWS deployment strategies.
17. Strong familiarity with task management (Jira), and documentation tools (Confluence).
18. Expertise in IntelliJ and VisualStudio.
19. A strong commitment to developing sustainable solutions in the energy sector.
20. Leadership skills, with an emphasis on mentorship and team development.
