What you’ll be doing
1. Develop and execute innovative influencer marketing campaigns that increase brand consideration, engagement and credible conversations.
2. Identify and onboard relevant influencers who align with our brand values, audiences, campaign objectives and creative platform.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, acting as the main point of contact and provide ongoing support and guidance to them to drive our brand objectives.
4. Negotiate and manage contracts, fees and deliverables with influencers, ensuring both they and EE achieve core objectives.
5. Collaborate with core internal teams including brand and DG comms, partnerships and PR to align influencer campaigns with their KPI’s.
6. Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates and emerging technologies to innovate the influencer strategy and keep EE at the forefront of the channel.
7. Maintain a constant data driven view of the retained Influencer pool to ensure EE is always aligned with the best influencers to drive our brand and campaign KPI’s.
The skills and experience you will have under your belt
8. Proven experience of planning and executing social influencer marketing and wider social media strategies that drive brand and commercial metrics
9. Strong understanding of all social media platforms, algorithms and trends
10. Creative thinker with a passion for identifying new ways to use social media to tell branded stories in an engaging way
11. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data as well as add strategic impact
12. A fantastic influencer who can develop relationships, direct and guide all styles of content creators to ensure executions align with wider comms strategies
13. Confident negotiator who can drive the most efficient and effective executions from both large and smaller influencer partners
14. Ability to multitask and manage a large number of influencer partnerships simultaneously
15. A strong verbal and written communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels
