My client, an NHS organisation based in SE England are currently recruiting for a Band 6 People Advisor for an initial 3 month fixed term period until end of March 2026. The role is offered on a full time basis with agile, hybrid working across a choice 2 sites, once per week. The successful candidate will have NHS HR experience specifically across HR advisory work, TUPE, change management experience and experience of using ESR systems. Key Skills/Experience NHS HR experience across HR advisory, TUPE and change management The ability to advise and provide administrative support for change and consultation programmes. Up to date knowledge of employment law, legislative changes and organisational policies and procedures Ability to manage HR queries/casework across Teams and email Knowledge of employment contracts, NHS policy/terms and conditions. Excellent Microsoft Office, ESR system and IT skills CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent experience Excellent key stakeholder engagement skills at all levels
