Senior Associate - Real Estate Finance (Lawyer) – London – £275,000 - £340,000 - 6-8 PQE
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a London based, Senior Associate specialising in real estate financing to join a highly regarded and growing Global finance practice within an elite US law firm in London.
This role offers the chance to work with a leading private capital lawyer with a deep focus on the real assets sector. Working directly with an exceptional Partner advising on complex and high-value transactions in asset-intensive sectors. Representing a broad spectrum of markets including, private equity sponsors, debt funds, sovereign wealth funds, and institutional investors.

The Role:
* Advising on complex and high-value transactions in asset intensive sectors
* Supporting on complex cross border transactions, in Europe and the Americas
* Leading on real estate finance, data centre finance, and senior mezzanine transactions
* Managing transactions from instruction through to completion with appropriate supervision
* Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on high-profile mandates
* Collaborating across practice areas and offices within the firm’s wider network
* Contributing to client relationship development and ongoing business initiatives
The Candidate:
* Qualified lawyer with 6-8 PQE and a strong background in real estate financing
* Strong background, ideally trained and qualified with a Magic circle / US law firm
* Experience working across multiple asset classes and sectors
* Excellent technical ability with a commercial and pragmatic approach
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
* Qualified in England & Wales, or a foreign qualified lawyer at an elite firm
* Highly organized with strong time-management capabilities
* Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
