Shift Pattern (Rotational):
* Day Shift: Monday Thursday 6:00am 3:00pm | Friday 6:00am 11:00am
* Evening Shift: Monday Thursday 3:00pm 12:00am | Friday 11:00am 4:00pm
Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Welders to join a busy, high-output manufacturing environment. The role requires working to high safety and quality standards, following engineering drawings, and operating MIG welding equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform MIG welding to high standards using technical drawings and jig arrangements
* Operate machinery safely in accordance with Health & Safety regulations
* Work individually or as part of a team to meet production targets
* Maintain quality control and high standards of housekeeping throughout production
Key Performance Indicators:
* Maintain quality and output standards
* Adhere to health and safety procedures
* Meet deadlines and manage work efficiently
* Demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Maintain excellent timekeeping and attendance
Experience and Training:
* Proven experience as a welder in a busy manufacturing environment
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents
* Skilled in the use of electrical or manual tools (saws, calipers, squares, etc.)
* Knowledge of safety standards
* Attention to detail
