We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Barnsley for experienced Warehouse Operatives to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals with previous warehouse or picking experience, particularly those familiar with handheld scanners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Picking orders using a handheld scanner
* Locating stock within the warehouse and accurately selecting items
* Delivering picked items to the correct drop-off location
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
* Supporting general warehouse and housekeeping duties
* Demonstrating flexibility to work across different departments when required
Requirements:
* Previous warehouse or order picking experience is essential
* Experience using scanning equipment is highly desirable
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good timekeeping and reliability
* A proactive and flexible approach to work
