You will
* Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards of luxury and detail
* Ensure rooms are checked and signed off to meet Nobu’s exacting requirements
* Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
* Record and communicate guest preferences to deliver personalised experiences
* Report maintenance issues quickly and accurately
* Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment with care and efficiency
* Support and mentor new team members, fostering collaboration and excellence
* Attend team briefings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
* Demonstrate a proactive, positive approach to work and guest care
* Uphold safety procedures and statutory standards at all times
* Act as an ambassador for Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro
