Job Details
The Role
* You will typically report to the Group Solicitor and provide legal support to various regional offices.
* The workload is predominantly property-focused, specialising in affordable housing and investor sales.
* Key responsibilities include advising on general land matters, assisting with disposals, and managing planning and infrastructure work.
* You will be expected to develop strong relationships with regional offices.
* For certain locations, you may act as a technical lead, providing day-to-day supervisory responsibility for the regional team.
Candidate Requirements
* You must be a qualified Solicitor or a fully qualified Legal Executive (CILEX).
* A minimum of 2 years PQE is required.
* Experience in affordable housing sales, land options, conditional contracts, and infrastructure agreements would be beneficial.
* Previous experience working for a housebuilder, whether in-house or in private practice, is a significant advantage.
* You should be a tenacious, approachable, and energetic individual who can "hit the ground running".
* Excellent social and communication skills with a confident telephone manner are essential.
