Office Administrator – Estate Agency Location: Rugby Salary: £25,000 – £27,500 per annum (DOE) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm Plus: 2 Saturdays per month (with time off in lieu) Are you an organised, proactive individual with a passion for delivering outstanding administrative support? We're recruiting for a confident Office Administrator to join our clients Sales team based in Rugby. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a well-established property business, ensuring that the sales process runs efficiently and that clients receive the highest standard of service. Key Duties: * Upload property details and images to marketing platforms * Manage diary appointments for valuations, photography and viewings * Prepare and send out contracts, letters and sales documentation * Handle phone, email and in-person enquiries in a professional manner * Register new buyers and vendors, carrying out relevant compliance checks * Keep admin systems and property files organised and up to date * Support the sales team with general administrative tasks About You: * Previous experience in an admin role * Strong IT skills – confident with MS Word, Excel and Gmail * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * High level of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail * Friendly, professional and customer service–focused * Social media experience is desirable but not essential Qualifications: * GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths * Willing and able to work 2 Saturdays per month (with time off in lieu) What’s in It for You: * Opportunities for career development and progression * Ongoing training and support * Workplace pension * Supportive, collaborative team environment Ready to join a growing team where your skills make a real impact?
