Headquartered in Renfrewshire, with additional hubs in the UK and USA, they are scaling operations to meet increasing demand—and now seek a dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead their logistics function through its next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage a team of 8 (including supervisors and team leaders) and take full ownership of warehouse operations. You’ll drive operational excellence, champion health & safety, and collaborate closely with procurement and sales to ensure seamless supply chain performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and optimise warehouse processes in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment of ~700 orders/month
* Line manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team
* Act as Chair of the local Health & Safety Committee, embedding a culture of safety and compliance
* Partner with procurement and sales to align warehouse output with business priorities
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN methodologies
* Leverage ERP systems (Unleashed or similar) and Excel for planning, reporting, and inventory control
* Support the rollout of new systems, including barcode scanning technology
* Maintain high standards across goods-in/out, inventory accuracy, and bespoke customer orders
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing warehouse teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Strong IT proficiency, particularly with ERP systems and Excel
* Working knowledge of LEAN principles and continuous improvement tools
* Experience handling dangerous goods and operating forklifts (certifications desirable)
* A proactive, hands-on leader with a solutions-focused mindset
* Strong communication, organisational, and change management skills
