Job Title: General Operative
Location: Ellesmere Port
Pay Rates: £12.60 per hour.
Shift Patterns: 4 on 4off, 2 days 06:00-18:00, 2 nights 18:00-06:00, rotating shift.
Our client is a leading manufacturer of paper products in the UK and supply to major retailers nationally.
This is a Temporary position.
Key Responsibilities
· Hand-stacking tissue products safely onto pallets in line with production and warehouse requirements.
· Moving loaded and empty pallets around the site using a manual pallet truck.
· Assisting with general warehouse and production duties as required.
· Ensuring work areas are kept clean, safe, and compliant with health & safety standards.
· Following instructions from supervisors and working as part of a team to meet production targets.
Requirements
· Ability to perform manual handling tasks and repetitive lifting.
· Previous experience in a warehouse, factory, or production environment is desirable but not essential.
· Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow health & safety guidelines.
· Flexibility to work different shifts if required (days/nights/weekends).
