Leading the strategic development of Workday to enhance how we manage people, data, and processes
Creating and managing the Workday roadmap to deliver system enhancements and new functionality
Supporting the rollout of job families to improve role clarity and career development
Ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance across all HRIS activities
Building collaborative relationships across HR, IT, and business teams to maximise Workday’s value
Providing training and support to HR teams and end users to ensure confident and consistent usage
Hands-on experience as a Workday specialist, ideally within a large or complex organisation
Strong grasp of core HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and compensation
A proactive problem-solver with excellent project management skills
Confident working with data and reporting tools, with strong attention to detail
Passionate about systems, efficiency, and the power of great data
