We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Biology Teacher to join our Science Department at a successful and inclusive state secondary school in Peterborough. The ideal candidate will be a passionate Biology Teacher who can deliver engaging and challenging lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience and department needs.

Main Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality Biology lessons that inspire curiosity and promote deep understanding.
* Teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially KS5), covering a range of biological concepts from cells and ecosystems to genetics and human health.
* Contribute to curriculum development within the Biology Department.
* Use a range of assessment methods to monitor student progress and provide effective feedback.
* Participate in school life beyond the classroom, including extra-curricular science activities and enrichment opportunities.

* Qualified Biology Teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
