Personal Injury Solicitor – Bradford I have been instructed by a modern, commercially focused law firm with a strong national reputation and widely recognised as a class-leading practice in defendant personal injury, acting for prominent clients and handling complex, high-value work. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Defendant Personal Injury Litigator to join the team in Bradford. The Role This position focuses on the management of defendant Employer's Liability and Public Liability claims, primarily fast-track matters with exposure to intermediate and multi-track cases. You will have responsibility for running claims from commencement of litigation through to trial, operating within a supportive litigation team with strong supervision and robust case management systems. Key Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload of defendant EL/PL claims, including fast track, intermediate track and multi-track matters Handle claims predominantly arising from a retail context, from issue through to trial Provide clear, commercially focused advice on liability, quantum and strategy Experience Required Over 7 years' experience defending EL/PL claims (desirable) Proven experience handling multi-track claims up to £350,000, including matters progressing to trial (essential) Fully conversant with the DCP (essential) Experience of High Court proceedings is desirable but not essential Experience with multi-track budgeting is advantageous Background in retail-related claims is preferred Why Apply?
