About the Role
:
You'll spend approximately 70% of your time on site, working on diverse projects across multiple locations, with the remaining 30% based in the office or working from home. This blend ensures you gain valuable practical experience while receiving support and training from experienced engineers.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Assisting with programming and commissioning Building Management Systems (BMS) and control systems
2. Helping install and modify control panels both in the workshop and on-site
3. Learning to integrate control systems with electrical, mechanical, and irrigation systems, including Modbus, Bacnet, and Canbus protocols
4. Providing technical support to engineers and customers
5. Supporting system testing and ongoing maintenance to ensure reliability
What We're Looking For:
6. A genuine interest in control systems, automation, or electrical engineering
7. Some prior experience or relevant qualifications (college, apprenticeship, or practical work) in electrical or control engineering
8. A willingness to learn and collaborate within a team environment
9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
