GLL is looking for Flexible Customer Service Advisors to join the team at Windrush Leisure Centre in Witney. As a Flexible Customer Service Advisor, you'll make a difference to everyone who visits our centre – whether that's through a warm welcome at reception, answering enquiries, handling transactions, or helping someone choose the right membership. No two shifts are the same, and you'll be able to fit your work around your availability.
What you'll do:
* Be the first point of contact for customers – in person and on the phone.
* Handle transactions, bookings and membership enquiries.
* Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
* Support your team with setting up studios, gyms and sports halls for activities.
* Assist with general upkeep and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.
What you'll need:
* A can-do attitude and passion for customer service.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Confidence with IT, admin and cash handling.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
