IT Support Engineer
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum (DOE)
We're recruiting a Senior Helpdesk Analyst to provide onsite and remote technical support across multiple office locations across the central belt. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leading Law Firm.

The Role:
* Providing in-person and remote technical support, ensuring a positive user experience.
* Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and escalated technical issues.
* Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and networking equipment.
* Managing Active Directory, user accounts, and permissions.
* Documenting incidents and resolutions clearly and accurately.
* Travelling regularly to offices across Newcastle, Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Stirling.
Requirement:
1. 3+ years' experience in a relevant IT support role
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
3. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities.
