The Role: Nursery Teaching Assistant
You will work alongside experienced class teachers to support the development and learning of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Key Responsibilities:
5. Supporting children through small group and 1:1 activities
6. Assisting in planning and delivering engaging learning experiences
7. Helping with daily routines and classroom organisation
8. Building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
This is a long-term, full-time role, with the opportunity to go temp-to-perm for the right candidate.
What We're Looking For
9. Experience: Previous experience supporting children in a primary or nursery setting, ideally within Early Years
10. Qualification: A Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification is desirable but not essential
11. Personal Qualities: A caring, proactive, and adaptable individual with a genuine passion for early years education
