Loan Originator / Business Development Manager – Real Estate Finance
Hybrid working – London office, UK wide coverage

The role:
Focusing on UK wide Development Finance, Bridging Finance and Property Investment lending, you’ll be responsible for but not limited to:
* Delivering lending growth via brokers, professional introductions and directly with borrowers
* Expanding the businesses Real Estate Finance presence and capabilities in the market
* Participating in industry conferences and other networking events
* Working closely with credit / underwriting on transactions
* Contributing to and supporting the growth of the team
* Developing and maintaining an appropriate introducer network
You’ll have / be:
* A solid understanding of the UK Real Estate Finance marketplace having worked in the same or very similar position at a UK clearing bank, challenger bank or non-bank lender
* A strong track record of new business origination and an appropriate introducer network
* A very strong self-starter with a can-do attitude and a focus on delivering results
* Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems e.g. Salesforce an advantage
