The Role
You will manage a sophisticated caseload of residential and commercial property disputes. The firm is particularly interested in individuals who can bring expertise in high-level leasehold matters.
Key focus areas:
* Enfranchisement & Right to Manage (RTM): Specifically involving large blocks of flats.
* Commercial & Residential Disputes: Boundary disputes, adverse possession, and lease extensions.
* Professional Guidance: Landlord/tenant disputes, dilapidations, and break notices.
* Business Development: Taking an active role in networking and marketing to further expand the department's reach.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor: Significant experience in Property Litigation.
* Technical Niche: Proven track record in enfranchisement and RTM is highly desirable.
* Client-Centric: A mindset focused on achieving the best commercial outcomes for the client.
