What will you do?
* Support clients by providing advice on issues like benefits, housing, employment, and debt.
* Communicate with clients via phone, online, or face-to-face.
* Help clients understand their options and take action, such as filling out forms or writing letters.
* Take part in a structured 6-month training program covering key topics like benefits, housing, employment, and debt.

* Volunteering: Ideally 6-8 hours per week for at least 12 months after training.
