Overview
Location – Roehampton Putney area - London
Contract Length – Will go perm after min 13 weeks
Work Schedule: Must work Monday to Friday, alternating weeks: 07:00-15:00 and 10:30-19:30
Required experience
* Handyperson, maintenance engineer, or building maintenance person
* Some experience with air handling units
* Planned and reactive maintenance
* Basic plumbing, electrical, and joinery
* Must have experience or knowledge of air handling units
Duties
* Planned and reactive maintenance repairs
* Changing filters on air handling units
* Knowledge of air handling units
* Basic joinery (repair doors, change handles and locks)
* Basic electrical work
