Main Duties of the Role
* Provide 1st line technical support and call logging services
* Provide technical advisory and diagnostic support service to customers
* Provide remote network monitoring and management
* Ensure that all reported technical issues are dealt with efficiently and professionally ensuring that they are recorded accurately and resolved within agreed SLA’s
* Monitor call queues to ensure that calls are being escalated and resolved swiftly
Your Skills and Experience
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems and applications
* Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
* Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VLANs
Salary
* £23,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience
