Location: Avonmouth (travel to Swindon & Gloucester)
Hours: MondayFriday, 40 hours
Salary: £45,000 + bonus

The Role
Were looking for an experiencedGroup Parts Managerto lead a multi-site operation, driving parts sales, team performance, and customer service standards across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop Parts Supervisors, Advisors, and Drivers
* Oversee daily parts operations across multiple sites
* Drive parts sales across retail, workshop, and trade channels
* Manage stock control, audits, and operational performance
* Improve processes and ensure consistency across all sites
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
About You
* Proven experience in automotive parts or aftersales management
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Commercially focused with a sales-driven mindset
* Organised, detail-focused, and customer-oriented
* Multi-site experience (desirable)
