The Role

We are looking for Full time Night Care Assistants. Reporting to the senior team, you will be responsible for the care and support of those who live with us. As a Night Care assistant you will be providing support and companionship to our residents, helping them to live each day fully and enjoy their later years, this could include helping them with their personal care, assisting with meals and activities or sharing in memories. You will be following a detailed person-centred care plan ensuring that each resident receives the highest standard of care. This is your chance to make a positive impact on people's lives. There are also light cleaning duties, such as hoovering, dusting, mopping, and laundry.

The Right Person

Ideally, you will have some care experience - but please do still apply if you haven't - we are more looking for the right person that fits in well with the team. Someone who has a friendly personality, can make someone smile and who will endeavour to provide the highest quality of care to those who live with us. Alongside that we are looking for someone who is great at communicating, has an abundance of empathy and compassion and who has a positive, can-do attitude. We believe that their later years should be stress free and happy and we strive to achieve this each and every day. We take pride in our care community and the care we deliver, and we are looking for someone who will ultimately share the same values as us.
