The Section Manager Role
As a senior member of the project team reporting to the project manager, you will oversee the design, coordination, and leadership of subcontractors across various trades within your designated area of work.
This role involves significant interaction with internal departments and external agencies, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives.
You will review and manage multiple packages related to your area, including tender information prepared by the design teams.
Your Profile
* Experience managing packages on multi-million-pound construction projects
* Proven ability to manage multiple engineering and trade packages, from internal works to basements
* Experience in industrial construction projects is advantageous
* Experience in procurement during the PSCA stage
