They're now looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (2-6 PQE) to join their dynamic team in Bournemouth. You'll handle a varied caseload of residential and commercial property disputes, from restrictive covenants and easements to landlord and tenant matters, lease renewals, and property‑related insolvency.
You'll work closely with respected litigators known for their commercial insight, while gaining exposure to complex, high‑value cases that will stretch and strengthen your expertise.
About You
* 2‑6 years' PQE in property litigation (solicitor or CILEX)
* Experience managing your own caseload with confidence
* A commercial and pragmatic approach to problem‑solving
* Excellent drafting and communication skills
* A proactive, team‑oriented attitude and the desire to grow with a leading regional firm
