Internal/Finishing Manager
Required for a £44 Million new build BTR scheme. Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for managing the full subcontract package comprising internal works. Your duties will include supervising various subcontract packages, including M&E, and compiling and completing snag lists for client handover. You will also participate in all subcontract meetings, plan and program the works, and coordinate subcontractors and staff to ensure timely completion of areas of work.
Mandatory requirements include a CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certificates, along with a proven work history in managing finishing packages and experience working on BTR/student accommodation schemes.
