Customer Administrator - Manufacturing Organisation
A well-established manufacturing organisation based in Prenton is looking for an experienced Customer Administrator on a permanent basis.
You will be working within a team, completing all office duties and operations to support the Warehouse, ensuring the efficiency of the company whilst displaying excellent customer service standards. In return, you will receive a salary of GBP 13.39 per hour, a monthly bonus scheme, free onsite parking, and a company pension scheme.
Responsibilities
* Answering calls and dealing with enquiries to a high customer service standard.
* Supporting warehouse operations by organising inventory and ensuring timely order fulfilment.
* Collaborating with team members to enhance workflow and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Knowledge of office administration; SAP experience is an advantage.
* Good computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30.
