We are recruiting for a part‑time Administrator to join our healthcare team. The admin team is small with two administrators.
Hours
This role is 26.5 hours per week. Wednesday and Friday must be covered but we can be flexible with the other days and hours.
Core hours are Monday – Friday 0900 – 1700.
Salary
This position is full time; you’ll receive an annual salary up to £28,574 per annum (FTE) – depending on experience. The salary will be pro‑rated for part‑time hours.

Candidate requirements
Candidate must have a legal right to work in the UK. Due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
Main duties
* Contribute to the delivery of administration services to the healthcare team on site.
* Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks: working on IT systems, maintaining databases, waiting lists, call‑up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning, etc.
