We’re a well-established manufacturing company based in Redditch, and we’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Support the engineering team with design, development, and manufacturing processes
2. Assist in process improvements, tooling design, and production efficiency projects
3. Work alongside senior engineers to learn how to solve real engineering problems on the shop floor
4. Contribute to materials testing, quality control, and product development
What We’re Looking For:
5. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Willingness to learn and develop within a manufacturing environment
8. A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team
Bonus Points if You Have:
9. Knowledge or interest in metallurgy
10. A-Level in Chemistry or equivalent background in materials science
