Location: Worthing, West Sussex – Complex Needs Service Salary: £14.75 per hour (reviewed annually) Hours: 36 hours per week (Days) Contract: Permanent Requirement: Full UK driving licence required (automatic accepted, held for 1 year) Senior Support Worker – Lead, Support & Make a Difference We are recruiting an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our SDR Care team in a complex needs supported living service. You will support a young individual with autism, a learning disability, and mental health conditions including psychosis, which can lead to high anxiety and vivid hallucinations. This role requires a calm, consistent, trauma-informed approach and strong leadership skills. As a Senior Support Worker, you will also lead and support a team of Support Workers, ensuring high-quality, consistent, person-centred care at all times. The individual enjoys: Music and dancing Long drives and cars Cooking and bowling Cinema trips You will play a key role in promoting independence, confidence, and positive daily experiences, while also driving the service user’s vehicle for community activities.
