Our client, a large global logistics company based in Hams Hall, Birmingham requires Customer Service Representatives.
The position is a genuine temp to perm opportunity following a successful trial period, there is further career progression potential.
Responsibilities/Experience required:
Working with a large number of existing clients and logging orders.
Providing a great customer experience to internal and external clients.
Dealing with customer queries professionally and efficiently
Working within a team environment and to agreed timescales.
Skills on Microsoft office/Exel
Computer literate (you will be operating various in-house systems)

Rate of pay :
£12.50 per hour // Annual Salary £26,000
