We’re hiring an Events Marketer to design and execute our global events program; from executive dinners to large-scale conferences. This role will directly fuel pipeline growth, deepen client relationships, and elevate Cryptio’s brand in the market.
You’ll run ~20 events per year across the globe, including our flagship Cryptio Finance Forum (CFF) conferences. It’s a high-visibility, hands-on role for someone who thrives on operational detail, project management, and creating exceptional experiences.
What you’ll do
* Own Cryptio’s event calendar: flagship conferences, side events, executive dinners, and partner activations (~20 annually).
* Plan & deliver end-to-end: venue sourcing & negotiation, AV, catering, run-of-show, guest list & invitations, vendor management, on-site operations, and post-event follow-up.
* Coordinate with Sales, Growth, Partnerships, and Leadership to ensure events deliver measurable pipeline impact.
* Promote events with targeted campaigns and invitations; track performance and optimise based on results.
* Travel globally to manage events on-site and ensure flawless execution.
We’re looking for someone who
* Has 2+ years of experience in events management or project management for in-person projects related (hospitality, live productions, weddings, conferences, etc.).
* Brings strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
* Is detail-obsessed.
* Communicates clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders.
* Enjoys global travel and thrives in high-paced, hands-on environments.
* Doesn’t need to come from crypto or corporate events - wedding planners welcome!
