Overview
Experienced Cleaner required in Chester-Le-Street. Office cleaner required for 5 fixed hours per week with additional ad hoc hours for end-of-tenancy cleans to private dwellings. We are seeking a reliable and experienced cleaner to join our team in Chester Le Street. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards in commercial and residential properties. This role includes a fixed commitment of 5 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours on an ad hoc basis, focusing on end-of-tenancy cleans.
Responsibilities
* Perform regular cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning windows and sanitizing surfaces.
* Conduct thorough end-of-tenancy cleans, ensuring properties meet high standards for new occupants.
* Handle cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly.
* Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with clients.
