Client Solutions Coordinator
Salary – up to £35,000
Hybrid 3 days a week

The role:
You will support the publishing and sales team in delivering effective client campaigns from start to finish. Day-to-day this means managing client communication, coordinating video interviews and webinars, liaising with editorial and design, and ensuring all content is delivered on time and to a high standard. It is a varied, project-led role where no two days look the same.
Requirements & Key Skills:
* Experience in a client services, campaign management, or account coordination role
* Strong project management skills, comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
* Customer-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Understanding of digital media and digital advertising operations
* Comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce
* B2B media, publishing, or events experience is a bonus
