Job Role: Recruitment Consultant Contract Type: Full Time Permanent Location: Ballymena MPA recruitment welcome suitable applications for the role of Recruitment Consultant, based in our Ballymena branch. The successful candidate will work within a well-established thriving recruitment team delivering the highest standards in customer care to both our clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities 360-degree recruitment of agency workers including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing Completing pre-employment checks in accordance with MPA standard operating procedures such as reference checks, Access NI’s, etc. Ensure a suitable pool of candidates is available to fill vacancies and/or booking. Respond to client requests as outlined within the organisation’s framework. Manage potential business opportunities including leads and referrals and to promote the full recruitment services offered by the company. Generate new business through telephone and face to face sales activity. Day to day performance management of agency staff, proactively seeking feedback on performance, coaching, and supporting staff in their various placements. Work towards team targets set. Participate in marketing events including attendance at various recruitment fairs. Participate in the on-call service, rota based within the team (This is paid at an additional rate).
