This is a full-time Marketing Manager role located in Bagshot, Surrey. The purpose of this role is to assist the Sales and Marketing Director with the implementation of all aspects of marketing for Antler Homes developments and group marketing initiatives.
The role will include market research, Sales and Marketing strategy, digital and offline marketing collateral, website managements, Rightmove listings, signage, marketing suite and show home fit out.
Responsibilities
* Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
* Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
* Collaborate with design and digital suppliers to promote our homes, incentives and the local area
* Ensure all offline and online marketing activity is aligned
* Mange the website CRM and Rightmove to ensure accurate information is shown at all times
* Manage show home pitches, collaborate with Interior Designers and manage install
What we are looking for
* A minimum of 3 years marketing experience preferably within property
* Excellent level of general computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Working knowledge of major web technologies and applications (CRM systems, WordPress)
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Ability to work logically, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent time management
* Ability to effectively present information and produce reports
* Professional both in appearance and manner
* Thorough, critical and an excellent eye for detail
