We are seeking experienced healthcare educators to deliver clinical education programmes for the patient-facing ambulance workforce. The programmes include EMT1 Apprenticeships (Level 4 Diploma), Paramedic clinical inductions, and PTS clinical inductions. The role also supports broader trust education activities.
Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, energetic, and hold relevant educator/assessor qualifications, with experience in developing the healthcare workforce. Proven experience in healthcare training delivery and assessment, applicable to ambulance education practice, is essential.
Candidates with experience in emergency/urgent care and a strong patient care focus are preferred. Knowledge of RQF Level 4 education requirements and understanding of Ofsted’s EIF to promote teaching excellence would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic clinical education practitioner capable of delivering high-quality emergency/urgent care practice and clinical induction training to our patient-facing workforce.
The role is primarily based in CAM and the Liverpool area, with three training sites within our region. Some travel will be required.
