Role Overview
Elizabeth Scarlett is expanding its presence in the UK and US with a goal to raise £2 Million for Wildlife Conservation by 2030. We seek passionate, driven individuals eager to make a significant impact in a growing business.
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of our Growth & eCommerce team, focusing on launching new channels (TikTok Shop, Amazon), driving repeat purchases, and implementing high-impact growth initiatives.
You will report directly to our eCommerce Director, Jonny, and be supported by our Marketing Director, Sophie.
Key Responsibilities
1. Launch & Manage New Growth Channels:
o Lead projects like TikTok Shop, Affiliates, and Amazon.
o Develop and optimize channel-specific strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue.
o Maintain a structured roadmap with clear ROI tracking.
2. Lead CRM & Drive Repeat Purchases:
o Manage CRM flows via email, SMS, and other channels.
o Develop and enhance a membership or loyalty program.
o Utilize customer data for personalized experiences.
3. Automate Processes & Customer Experiences:
o Identify improvements in onsite merchandising and customer journeys.
o Implement automation using data, tech tools, and AI to streamline processes and enhance customer and team experiences.
4. Champion Growth Experimentation:
o Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
o Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
o Share successes and learnings to foster a culture of rapid experimentation and data-driven decision making.
