As the Patient Services Operations Manager, you will lead a team of Patient Service Administrators (PSAs) and Nurse Planning Coordinators within an evolving business.
Key responsibilities include providing an effective end-to-end service for patients referred from our client hospitals across England, Scotland, and Wales. This involves initial patient registration, patient contact to introduce the service, and arranging medication delivery and nurse treatment services to patients' homes on a repeat basis.
The service requires delivering a complex array of operational processes effectively, with professionalism and compassion, ensuring the patient always comes first. Quality of delivery is crucial, along with the drive to evolve and reduce service delivery complexity and administrative activities.
