Position: Payroll, Pensions & Systems Manager
Location: Addlestone / Chertsey, with some flexibility to work from home
Contract: Permanent, full time

Key responsibilities
* Lead and oversee the complete payroll cycle for all Trust schools, ensuring accurate processing, timely approvals and compliance with statutory requirements
* Maintain oversight of payroll systems and workflows, including pre‑payroll checks, reconciliations, user access and interfaces with finance systems
* Support schools by providing expert advice, training and written guidance on payroll processes and controls
Requirements
* An awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
* Accounting qualification or other relevant professional qualification
* Minimum 3 Years of relevant work experience
* Proven track record of continuous professional development
