Chandlers (Farm Equipment) Ltd has been servicing the needs of the agricultural, vehicle and groundscare industries for over 90 years and are one of the largest AGCO dealers in the UK, supplying new machines and aftersales for Massey Ferguson, Fendt & Valtra, and JCB (via Chandlers RFM). Along with a full range of complementary machinery from leading manufacturers. Operating from 17 sites across central England.
As a Group Service Administrator, you will:
* Be Administration support to Director of Group Workshop Admin and Service Departments over 17 sites.
* Be responsible for arranging Technician training including filing records and booking accommodation.
* Process external and internal invoices for workshop costs.
* Process warranty claim credits.
* Work full time Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week plus additional hours as required to meet the needs of the business.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience with Service administration and an understanding of invoicing and accounts.
* Have experience in Agricultural, Vehicle or HGV Aftersales.
* Be conscientious and diligent with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
* Be experienced with working to challenging deadlines.
* Must be computer literate.
* Excellent time management, strong planning and diplomacy skills.
* An understanding and full appreciation of the requirement for confidentiality.
* Have a full UK driving licence.
