They are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join the team at an exciting time for the business. Description The key responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant will include: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time Prepare and process invoices and credit notes Maintain accurate financial records and reports Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures Ad hoc admin duties supporting the finance teamProfile The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills written and verbal Strong working knowledge of MS Excel Proficient using accounting software ideally Sage High attention to detail and levels of accuracy Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines Job Offer A salary of up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience Hybrid/ home working opportunities Free on site car parking Career progression and development opportunities Generous annual leave Pension
