About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team based in Leeds. This is a pivotal role managing electrical packages on a variety of projects across the healthcare, education, Ministry of Justice (MOJ), commercial, and industrial sectors. You'll be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring safety, quality, and cost control at every stage. Key Responsibilities: Full project lifecycle management of electrical works, from planning to completion Produce and maintain detailed project progress reports Oversee project planning and scheduling to meet programme deadlines Ensure health & safety compliance across all sites Lead and coordinate both direct labour and subcontractor teams Manage project budgets and drive cost-effective delivery solutions Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships Provide support with tendering and estimation where required Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, preferably with multi-sector exposure Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations Excellent organisational, planning, and time-management skills Solid financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts Good understanding of health & safety legislation and site compliance Strong communication and client management skills IT literate (MS Office and project management tools) Estimation experience is a strong advantage Sectors Covered: Healthcare Education MOJ (Ministry of Justice) Commercial Industrial Benefits: Competitive salary (based on experience) Company car or car allowance Private medical insurance Private pension scheme with up to 7% employer contribution 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Opportunities for progression within a stable and expanding business
