Your Role: As Team Leader, you’ll support the Registered Manager in shaping and delivering this innovative service. You’ll: Lead and manage shifts, making key decisions in real time. Supervise and inspire a team of Residential Workers. Champion trauma-informed, relational care practices. Take the lead in planning, recording, and reviewing care. Help shape a culture of aspiration, dignity, and unity. What You’ll Bring: Significant experience in residential childcare. Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent equivalent qualification as stated in the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015. Please refer to QS Stat Guidanc e on page 71 to confirm relevant equivalent qualifications). Strong leadership, communication, and report-writing skills. A passion for making a difference and a mindset that embraces challenge and change.
