Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN) across various classroom settings.
* Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Facilitate inclusive learning practices that cater to the diverse needs of students.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote students' educational and social development.
* Utilise effective communication strategies to support students' understanding and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience supporting children with SEN, or a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
* Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to student interactions.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with educational staff and caregivers.
