Support Worker - Holly Lodge
Location: Holly Lodge, Tonbridge, TN11 9LT - Rural setting – Drivers Essential (Manual Preferred)
Salary: £11.44 per hour (equiv. to £23,264 per annum) + £1,200 complexity payment (where applicable)
Hours: Full-time (39 hours) & Part-time (Minimum 15 hours, fully flexible)
Shift Patterns:
1. 7:00 AM / 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
2. 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM / 10:30 PM
3. Mid Shifts: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM / 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
4. ?Every other weekend or two weekends per month required

Who we're looking for in our next Support Worker:
10. Experience working in a team and physically active roles (Must be able to swim, ride bikes, and walk long distances)
11. Understanding of autism, communication challenges, and behaviour triggers
12. Awareness of MCA (Mental Capacity Act) & DoLS (Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards)
13. Basic knowledge of health and nutrition

Your Role as a Support Worker:
15. Implement PBS plans to provide effective support
16. Assist with personal care, health, and nutrition
17. Plan and participate in daily community outings and activities
18. Help individuals maintain their baseline and manage behaviours of concern
19. Provide full support for medical appointments and work closely with healthcare professionals
20. Promote independence while ensuring tailored support
