This client aims to help organizations strengthen their cybersecurity defenses, comply with regulatory requirements, and reduce the risk of data breaches, taking a tailored approach to each client to address the human element of cybersecurity by focusing on employee awareness.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as Head of Customer Success
* Degree in business management or equivalent
* Experience leading customer success teams, especially in a SaaS environment
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of CSM's
* Deliver a change in customer post-sales experience to drive rapid sales value
* Execute a talent management program
* Create and deliver a contract of roadmap to customers
* Manage an efficient renewal process.
This role is remote within the EU.
