Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working with a warm, inclusive, and progressive primary school in Altrincham. The school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join their team from May.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons suited to Year 2 pupils
* Assess and track progress, offering clear feedback to support individual development
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and confidence
* Work collaboratively with the KS1 team to enhance teaching practice and raise achievement
* Participate in CPD opportunities and contribute to the wider life of the school
Ideal Candidate
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to differentiate effectively to meet a range of learning needs
* Solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
* Confident in using technology to support and enrich learning
* Strong classroom management and organisational skills
Essential Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Year 2 or KS1 (ECTs with relevant placements are welcome to apply)
